Not sure how this occurred but the IDE isn't loading properly on a couple of portals.

I have a single DNN install with 5 very small portals on it.  I believe that the IDE was working on all portals but when I went to access it on one of them today it said it was not configured.  It did the expected install to Admin but now I am getting a 404 when I try to load it.

On other portals within the install it is working fine.

How do I go about fixing it or uninstalling / reinstalling it?
